Refunds

All unsuccessful applications will be refunded within 30 Days of the Allotment Date.

Refunds will be processed to the same account provided by the user during the application process.

There is a 100% Refund Policy with no charges if the allotment is not confirmed.

Disputes

All or any disputes arising out of, or in relation to, the terms and conditions of this Application/Agreement, including the interpretation and validity of the terms and conditions, shall be settled amicably through mutual discussion.

If mutual discussions do not resolve the dispute, the aggrieved party may approach the adjudicating officer appointed under the Real Estate Act.

The Courts at Gurugram, Haryana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain disputes between the parties.
